About MSP Pie

MSP Pie is a marketplace and directory for Australian businesses that need managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, data or AI services. A business describes its requirement once, and the request is matched by a person to two or three providers suited to it.

The directory

Alongside matching, MSP Pie maintains a directory of providers by location, specialisation and industry experience, so a business can look before it is ready to submit a request. Provider credentials shown in the directory are as listed by the provider.

How matching works

Which providers a request is matched to depends on fit for that request (service area, specialisation, business size and industry experience among them), not on payment for placement. The full process is described on how we match requests to providers.

The certified providers register

MSP Pie also maintains a register of providers with a real, on-file ISO certification, combining a licensed dataset with what providers enter themselves. We display what is on record rather than sighting every certificate ourselves; a buyer can verify any of them directly with the issuing body, and how to verify a certificate explains how.
