How we match your request to providers

MSPPie exists to connect a business with providers suited to its request, not to sell placement. This page describes that process.

1. You describe what you need

A request starts with a short description of the work, the business and its location.

2. We qualify it by phone

A member of our team calls to confirm the scope, timeframe and any detail the written description left out, so providers are matched against a real, actionable request rather than a raw form submission.

3. We match it to two or three providers

A provider is only considered if it genuinely services the request -- the right location, and the service actually offered. Among providers that qualify, the request is matched against factors including service area, relevant specialisation and depth of experience, business size fit, industry experience, delivery preferences, budget range, and current capacity. The two or three best-fitting providers are introduced to the request.

Verified credentials and a provider's past performance inform which matches are offered, but do not override genuine fit for the specific request in front of them.

No paid placement

A provider cannot pay for a better match, a higher position, or inclusion in a request it would not otherwise qualify for. Matching considers fit for the request in front of it, nothing else.
