By submitting a quote request through msppie, you agree that:

1. msppie will call you to confirm the details of your request before sharing anything with a provider. 2. Your contact details are shared only with the providers msppie introduces you to for this specific request, and only after you confirm the enquiry by phone. 3. msppie may introduce your request to up to three providers. 4. There is no charge to you for using msppie's matching service. 5. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting msppie; see /contact.

How your information is used

msppie collects the information you provide in this form, plus notes taken during the confirmation call, to match your request to suitable providers. This is disclosed further in msppie's privacy policy (also a placeholder pending legal review).

Basis for disclosure to providers
