What we collect

- Businesses requesting a quote: contact details, a description of what you need, and notes from the confirmation call. - Providers: business name, ABN, work email, and the details you add to your listing. Where a provider is a sole trader, some of this may be personal information about an individual, not only business information — see "Sole traders" below. - Everyone: basic technical data (IP address, browser) collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To match quote requests to suitable providers, to run the confirmation call, to operate provider accounts, and to meet our own legal and security obligations.

Who we share it with

A buyer's contact details are shared only with the providers matched to their specific request, and only after the confirmation call. Provider information is displayed publicly as part of the directory, except fields marked private (an ABN is private by default).

Sole traders
