Where facts come from

Factual statements on this site -- a provider count, a credential, a location served -- come from records we hold, not from assumption or generation. A page is not published with a claim we cannot trace.

Human review

Every page built from those records is reviewed by a person before it is published. A date shown as updated reflects an actual change to the page content, not a routine refresh.

No paid placement

A provider cannot pay for a better ranking, a higher position in the directory, or a match it would not otherwise qualify for. See how matching works for the process.

Reviews

A review is only accepted from a business that engaged the provider through MSPPie. A provider cannot review itself, and cannot edit or remove a review it did not like.
