Where facts come from

Factual statements on this site (a provider count, a credential, a location served) are compiled from public business information. We never generate a fact ourselves, and a page is not published with a claim we cannot trace to where it came from.

How a page is published

A provider page publishes once it holds enough sourced, traceable facts to be genuinely useful: a thin result does not get a page. That threshold is checked automatically, not by a person reading and approving the page first. No editor reviews a page before it goes live; publication is gated on the volume and quality of the facts we hold, not on editorial judgement. A date shown as updated reflects an actual change to the page content, not a routine refresh.

No paid placement

MSP Pie does not currently sell a better ranking, a higher position in the directory, or a match a provider would not otherwise qualify for. If that changes, paid results will be identified as paid. See how matching works for the process.

Reviews

Reviews reach us two ways: from buyers MSP Pie introduced to a provider, and from a provider's own customers, including testimonials a provider passes on to us. Reviews can be left on any listing, claimed or not. A provider cannot review itself, and cannot edit or remove a review it did not like.

Claims and corrections

A business named on this site can claim its own page once we have verified an association with its domain. A claimed page becomes owner-managed: the listed business keeps its own details current, and correction requests for that page are directed to the business rather than handled here.

Anyone, whether or not they represent the business and without creating an account, can report a factual error on any page. Email hi@msppie.com with the page and the correction.
