What listing means

1. Creating a provider account is free. msppie does not charge for a listing itself. 2. You are only charged for leads you accept after reviewing the brief, the budget and the timeline. 3. Declining a lead is free and does not count against you. 4. msppie does not offer paid placement — ranking is not for sale. 5. The Australian Business Number (ABN) you provide must be validly formatted. msppie does not verify it against the Australian Business Register before your listing is published.

Disputed leads

If a lead you accepted was misqualified — the scope, budget or contact details were not as represented when it was qualified by phone — tell us. A confirmed misqualified lead is refunded.

_Placeholder — the exact dispute process (how to raise one, what evidence is needed, how long a decision takes) needs to be confirmed before this is final; see the platform's own flagged item on credit and refund rules._

Conduct we expect

1. Represent your business accurately in your listing and in any contact with a matched lead. 2. Contact a matched lead only about the request it was matched for. 3. Do not attempt to identify or contact a business through msppie before a lead has been accepted. 4. Do not submit a review of your own business, or ask a customer to review you in exchange for anything.

A serious or repeated breach of these expectations can result in suspension from the directory.

Your listing content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your business. msppie may display a short, factually-generated description sourced from your own public website until you edit it yourself; once you edit a field, msppie will not overwrite it.

Account and billing

_Placeholder — credit and refund rules, GST treatment, and the specific payment terms need to be confirmed by a lawyer and finance before this section is final (see the platform's own flagged items on credit/refund rules and GST display)._
